Reports: P&L, balance sheet, aging, statements
Ask for any AutoCount report by name and date; it is made with your book's own layouts and comes with PDF and Excel links.
Example prompts
Copy one into a chat with AUTOCOUNT connected and change the details to your own.
Profit and loss of Company A for September 2026, this month only.
Balance sheet of Company A as at 30 September 2026.
Debtor aging as at 30 September 2026, then the customer statements for September, one PDF per customer.
Invoice listing from 1 to 30 September 2026.
Include in your request
- The report in your words: P&L, balance sheet, trial balance, aging, statement, a listing or a document printout.
- The period (from and to) or the as-at date.
- Any filter you want: a customer or supplier range, a project, a department or a layout name.
- Not sure? Ask "What options does this report have?"
What happens next
- You get the figures in the chat and links to the PDF and the Excel file (sign-in needed). The links work for a limited time; ask again for a fresh copy.
- One PDF per customer or supplier runs in the background; you get a page with each PDF and a ZIP of all of them.
Tips
- Ask in Chinese (or add "in Chinese") and the Full Check working paper comes back in Chinese (setting Language=zh); other reports keep your book's own layouts.
- In books with e-Invoice switched on, invoice and credit note printouts are read-only previews: a QR appears only when the LHDN validation link is already stored, and nothing is submitted, validated or approved. Every document printout there (not only invoices and credit notes: delivery orders, quotations, orders and the rest too) prints only with AutoCount's own unchanged layouts or a layout ThinkMaker has reviewed and approved; another layout is refused with its name and hash for that review (meanwhile ask for one of AutoCount's own layouts). A document set to print an e-Invoice request QR, and a computer with an older AcBridge, are refused: print those in AutoCount, or ask for the listing report.
- Long runs (one PDF per customer, many documents) take a while; the AI asks before starting them.
