Example prompts
Copy one into a chat with AUTOCOUNT connected and change the details to your own.
Why was this document skipped? Explain the reason in simple words.
The batch says something needs a look. What should I check in AutoCount?
Give me the batch page so I can report the problem.
Steps
- Open the batch page and press Report a problem at the bottom, or Report a problem with this document on a card.
- Choose what is wrong, add a short comment if it helps, and send.
What happens next
- The support team gets the batch's details automatically; nothing in your book changes.
- Your report and its status (sent, being looked at, closed) show on the batch page, with any reply.
Tips
- Keep passwords and bank account numbers out of the comment.
- If the customer cannot wait, key the document in AutoCount by hand and say so in the report; then do not ask the AI to post it again.
