Withdrawing a posted batch
A confirmer withdraws a posted batch on its page by typing the code; documents changed in AutoCount since then are left as they are.
Example prompts
Copy one into a chat with AUTOCOUNT connected and change the details to your own.
Give me the page of the batch with invoice I-0150 so I can withdraw it.
Show my batches from today and what each one posted.
Which documents of that batch were left after the withdrawal, and why?
Steps
- Open the batch page (the link from the AI, or https://acbridge.app/batches).
- At the bottom, type the code under Withdraw this batch and press the button.
What happens next
- Invoices, receipts, payments and credit notes are cancelled (they stay in AutoCount marked cancelled); new customers and suppliers are deleted.
- Documents changed in AutoCount after posting (for example edited by someone) are left as they are; the page says Partly withdrawn and names them. Handle those in AutoCount.
- Once the reason is cleared, the same withdrawal can be tried again on the page.
Tips
- Only what AcBridge posted is withdrawn; documents keyed in AutoCount by hand are never touched.
- To correct a batch, withdraw it, then ask the AI for a corrected preview.
