Include in your request
- Supplier name or code, payment date and amount.
- Where the money was paid from (bank or cash, in your words) or the payment method, and the cheque number if any.
- Which supplier invoices or debit notes it pays, as numbered in your book, with amounts for part payments.
- A description, if your company writes one.
What happens next
- You get a preview link; a confirmer types the 4-digit code to save the payment.
- Supplier payments have no printout layout in AutoCount, so no PDF is made for them.
Tips
- If the supplier's bill is not in the book yet, ask for the bill first (purchase invoice or supplier invoice), then the payment.
- Without invoice numbers, the payment stays as an advance to the supplier.
