Your first chat: what you can ask
Start by asking which books you can use, then ask for reports, checks, lookups or documents in plain words.
AcBridge only sees the books of the companies you have rights to. Write in English or Chinese; the AI answers in your language.
Example prompts
Copy one into a chat with AUTOCOUNT connected and change the details to your own.
Which AutoCount books can I use, and are they online?
In Company A's book, find customer Customer B and show its outstanding invoices.
Where does Company A's book stand? Which documents are entered up to which date?
What can you do with Company A's book? Give me a short list with one example each.
Include in your request
- The book or company name, if you can use more than one.
- Dates as dates (30 September 2026 or 2026-09-30) rather than "last month", when it matters.
- Customers, suppliers, items and accounts by code or name; the AI looks them up.
- Source documents as attachments (photos, PDF, Excel) or from a Google Drive, SharePoint or OneDrive folder connected in your AI app.
What happens next
- Answers come from the book itself. Reports come with PDF and Excel links (sign-in needed).
- Requests to enter documents come back as a preview link; nothing is posted until a confirmer types the code on that page.
Tips
- Ask "How do I ask for ...?" at any time; the AI answers with example prompts from this guide.
