Viewers ask and read, operators also prepare previews, confirmers also confirm and withdraw on the batch page, and the owner manages people and roles.

In detail
- Viewer
- Asks questions, reads reports and lookups, and runs a Full Check. Cannot prepare postings.
- Operator
- Everything a viewer can, plus prepares previews of documents and teaches the AI the company's practices.
- Confirmer
- Everything an operator can, plus confirms or withdraws batches and rules on the web page by typing the code.
- Owner
- The AcBridge administrator: adds people, sets roles and assigns books for every company.
What happens next
- Your role is per company: you can be a confirmer in one company and a viewer in another.
- To change a role, ask your administrator; the AI cannot change roles for you.
