Full Check and how to read it
Ask for a Full Check of one book as at a date to get an accountant's review of the whole book in one go, with a working-paper PDF.
Example prompts
Copy one into a chat with AUTOCOUNT connected and change the details to your own.
Do a Full Check of Company A's book as at 30 September 2026.
Do a Full Check of Company A as at 30 September 2026, in Chinese.
From the Full Check, show me more of the bank section and what I should fix first.
Record the Full Check findings as review points for September.
Include in your request
- The book and the as-at date (usually the month end you are reviewing).
- "In Chinese" if you want the working paper in Chinese.
What happens next
- Each section comes back as ok, attention, problem or not checked, with counts, amounts and the oldest dates, plus a working-paper PDF link.
- Follow-ups are ranked: ask for the first one, a few at a time.
- Review points go into the book's Review Points plug-in through a preview that a confirmer saves.
Tips
- "ok" means nothing was seen in what was read; it does not prove there is no error.
- Lines marked for a person (reconciling, knocking off, posting missing entries, locking periods) are done by people in AutoCount.
- The Full Check only reads; it never posts or fixes anything.
