Teach the AI your company's way

Tell the AI how your company does things or what your words mean, in English, Chinese or Malay; it notes them for your company, and "forget it" removes a note.

Copy one into a chat with AUTOCOUNT connected and change the details to your own.

1. Remember: in Company A we write invoice descriptions in capital letters.

2. "Minyak kereta" means account 6100 Motor vehicle expenses.

3. No, petrol goes to 6100, not 6000.

4. Forget it.

Include in your request

• The practice in one sentence, or the word and the code it stands for.
• Which company it is for, if you work for more than one.

What happens next

• The AI saves it at once and tells you in one line: "Noted for <company>: ... (say 'forget it' to remove)".
• Next time it follows the note and says so, for example "company glossary: minyak kereta".
• Confirmers can see and change every note on the company's culture page.

Tips

• A note never overrides the confirmed rules or a preview's checks. An account mapping becomes a rule only after a confirmer accepts it on the rules page.
• Operators, confirmers and the owner can teach practices; viewers cannot.
